It helps your business show up in Google Search and Maps when someone nearby is searching for what you offer. To get started, add your business name, location, services and some photos

☑️ You may have heard or read that AI has taken over SEO

AI has not taken over SEO, but it is changing how search works. AI tools like Google AI Overviews still need high-quality, crawlable content. Strong SEO is still key for online visibility. Gmail: Send and Archive - Did you know Gmail has a button that sends your reply and archives the thread at the same time? One click and it is gone from your inbox the moment you hit send. It is a small thing that makes a surprisingly big difference to how calm your inbox feels.

Here is how to turn it on:

Open Gmail and click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.
Click "See all settings."
Under the General tab, find "Send and Archive."
Select "Show Send and Archive button in reply."
Scroll down and click "Save Changes."

Next time you reply to an email, hover over the 'Send' button and you will see 'Send and Archive' highlighted.

You just need to check three things in your CRM and I'm going to show you exactly what they are (plus the quick fixes that take less than 10 minutes). But first, let's talk about choosing the right CRM in the first place. Not all CRMs are created equal when it comes to security. My go-to recommendation for small business owners? Bigin by Zoho. 🔐 Why? Because it checks all the boxes without breaking the bank:
